- Only move forward while holding breath.
- 30# x 100m
- 1 x 25m each:
- Lunge + Cossack Squat
- Lunge + SLDL
- Reverse Lunge + Toe Touch
- Cartwheel
- Double Skip
- Deck Squat + Broad Jump
- Banded CARs, 2 x 5 each:
- shoulder, hip
Work:
- 5 rounds of:
- Max handstand (wall assisted)
- 30 seconds rest
Support:
- Walk (treadmill):
- 4:00 x 5-5 alternate nostril breathing
- 1:00 x 5-5-5 both nostrils
- 1:00 x normal nasal breathing
