- What worked well?
- I knew today was going to be rough after a bit too much celebrating last night, so I just wanted to get in the gym, move, sweat, and keep composed.
- What didn’t work?
- Last night I friends in town and stayed out late, and drank a little too much. Expectedly, my sleep was short, and quality was poor.
- Plan for next time?
- This was an isolated instance, but I would like to reduce my alcohol consumption overall; not because I’m opposed to it necessarily, it just seems to cause a lot of extra problems is if not carefully manged (less sleep, worse sleep, more likely to make poor food choices, more caffeine the next day, etc.).
