- I’m really glad I got to work on some heel hook escapes in my own class yesterday, it made me much sharper today.

- I got a bit stubborn on a double leg and used my head like a battering ram, and it compressed my neck some… will be sore for a couple days.

- Continue personal focus on back takes.
