    • Re-emphasize sport (BJJ) sessions 4 days / week. Fitness sessions should focus on rebounding (2x), and leave one day for creativity / hard days with Ollin.

    • Fitness sessions should include neck / spine work, animal movements (Budokon), and hamstring stretches.

  • What worked well?
    • High camp passing; cross body posts and passing leg through.
    • When attacking from belly down mount, stay connected to their hands.
  • What didn’t work?
    • Heavy pressure from inside closed guard got me stuck in triangles. I escaped, but would rather have not been there.
  • Plan for next time?
    • Continue personal focus on back takes.
