- Re-emphasize sport (BJJ) sessions 4 days / week. Fitness sessions should focus on rebounding (2x), and leave one day for creativity / hard days with Ollin.

- High camp passing; cross body posts and passing leg through.
- When attacking from belly down mount, stay connected to their hands.
- What didn’t work?
- Heavy pressure from inside closed guard got me stuck in triangles. I escaped, but would rather have not been there.

- Continue personal focus on back takes.
