  • What worked well?
    • Heart rate was jacked through the roof from too little sleep and too much caffeine. I did a decent job of just accepting rolls and breaking a sweat.
  • What didn’t work?
    • Terrible sleep, stayed up way too late. Too much caffeine late in the day.
  • Plan for next time?
    • Continue personal focus on back takes.
