A Winning Quartet (of Podcast Hosts)

Here are two podcasts; one OG and one new love to help you sort out the BS, ditch cable news and the 'health' recommendations of 3-letter agencies (the partisan news equivalent of health and fitness, I can assure you!).

A Winning Quartet (of Podcast Hosts)

Resources to Thrive: The Cultured Warrior #032

It’s getting harder and harder to find “good information”; not just about “the science” or politics, but about anything; and virtually nothing is unbiased.  Public trust in the government is at a near all time low (1).

Fortunately, good people and good information are still – well, good.  So, here are two podcasts; one OG and one new love to help you sort out the BS, ditch cable news and the “health” recommendations of 3-letter agencies (the partisan news equivalent of health and fitness, I can assure you!).

Listen to Breaking Points on iTunes

Breaking Points:

Breaking Points is a fearless anti-establishment multi-week Youtube and Podcast which holds the powerful to account hosted by Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti.

What I Like About It:

Saagar is your “conservative” voice that has worked at the highest levels of reporting but isn’t shy about calling out BS or charlatans in any direction.  Krystal actually advocates for people needing a voice and likewise cuts through wokeness that’s supplanted liberal politics.

The Healthy Rebellion Radio

The Healthy Rebellion Radio is a weekly show featuring listener Q and A on all things diet and health. We dig into metabolic flexibility, body recomposition, resilient aging, circadian biology, gut health, low carb/keto/paleo diets and much more.

What I Like About It:

If you’re at all involved / interested in the “Ancestral Health” scene, you’d literally have to be living under a paleolithic rock to not know who Robb Wolf is.  He’s done an amazing job adapting and exploring new ideas since The Paleo Solution was published in 2010.   Nicki (wife) is a complimentary balance of reason and real life parent / person experience.
