Intention:

Rebounding doesn’t always mean “easy.” Proper dosing of intensity can “shock” the nervous system, but the lesson to be learned is that we can’t “go hard all the time.” Keep the load mild here so that the session is relatively short and sweet.

Warm Up:

  • Hip CARs, 3 x 3
  • Spine CARs, 3 x 3
  • Shoulder CARs, 3 x 3

Work:

  • EMOM/10
    • Deadlift x 1
  • Light Incline Walk x 5 minutes.

Flow: The EMOM structure helps keep us honest and avoid “ego lifting.” It’s 10 singles, but the rest is very limited. The walk lets us cool down and gives some stimulation to the quads and ankles.
