Intention:

Here we’re following a familiar structure and introducing mild breathwork as a cooldown stimulus to start the recovery process.

Warm Up:

  • Incline Walk on Treadmill x 5 minutes (easy)

Work:

  • 10-20-30-40-50 each:
    • Bike Calories
    • Treadmill Calories
    • Walking Lunges (each side)

Flow: 10 bike calories, 10 treadmill calories, 10 walking lunges (each side), 20 bike calories, 20 treadmill calories, 20 walking lungs (each side), etc…
