Energy System: Aerobic Capacpity

Difficulty: Rebound


Intention:

It can be quite difficult to draw up and execute a capacity session that makes you feel “better” than when you did when you started. However, the criteria are simple: multiple movements + single interval; limited by either muscle acidity or oxygen (im)mobilization.

Warm Up:

Bike x 10 min (easy pace)

Work:

AMRAP / 20 minutes:

  • Backwards Sled Pull x 50 yards
  • Overhead Carry x 50 yards
  • Front Rack Carry x 50 yards
