Intention:

We don’t always need a complicated rep/set scheme, or high volume to develop an attribute. In fact, simplicity often improves compliance, and doing “less” improves quality and focus. The combination of those things also often reduces risk of injury.

This structure is one of my most recommended of in-season sport training where one wants to continue to develop, or at least maintain strength, while more actively training their sport.

Warm Up:

Bike x 10 min (Zone 2)

Work:

EMOM / 10 minutes

Deadlift x 1
