Difficulty: Rebound


Intention:

The goal of every rebound session should be to restore, it is “active” recovery. Sometimes that means global blood flow, sometimes it means a quick hard shock, sometimes it means mild hypertrophy, and occasionally it’s a combination of those things.

Warm Up:

Front Squat, 3 x 10

Work:

EMOM / 5 minutes

  • Clean & Jerk x 1

Results:
