Warm Up:

10 minutes of light aerobic movement.

Work:

On 30 minute timer (AMRAP):

  • 3, 6, 9, 12, etc… reps of:

    • Bike Calories

    • Power Clean

      • Minutes 1 - 15: 95#
      • Minutes 16 - 25: 125#
      • Minutes 25 - 30: 155#
      • Rep Scheme does not resets when weight changes.

Results:

Score = Average Reps / Min
