Difficulty: Test


Intention:

An endurance test is pretty simple. How far or how long can you go? This could be measured in distance or duration. In this example, the time-frame is 6 hours of constant movement. As penance for missing the original idea, I had the bright idea to do this test on the 4th of July in Georgia. It peaked around 105’F that day.

Warm Up:

Strategically plan hydration, food, socks, and bathroom breaks.

Work:

AMRAP / 6 hours:

  • Bike x 40 calories
  • Run x 400m

The clock does not stop if you need to pee, eat, drink, cry, etc.
