Difficulty: Cultivation


Intention:

Two things are noteworthy here. First, I wanted to “cultivate” a different warm up rather than relying on a machine ergometer to keep me on track. Second, I’m trying to address some support movements for the snatch with a gross amount of volume.

Warm Up:

10 minutes x heavy bag work (emphasis on leg kicks)

Work:

For time:

  • Snatch-Grip Deadlift x 100

Then, rest some, and for time:

  • Overhead Squat x 100

Results:

  • Austin: 17:03, 65# (DL), 12:14, PVC (OHS)
