Difficulty: Test


Intention:

Similar to strength tests, the purest form is the one rep max. The caveat with power movements is that adding reps increases difficulty exponentially. Nevertheless, a similar work flow of light, mid, heavy, can be followed.

Note, I did the c&j and snatch movements on different days. For archival purposes, this posts describes both.

Warm Up:

Technical warm up with empty barbell (either sntach or cj components)
