Energy System: Mobility

Intention:

Mobility doesn’t get easier. The range that you can apply strength and other physical attributes may improve, but by definition we should still be challenging our physiology to adapt. That grueling, inglorious work is often easier if you can recruit a friend or two. As an added bonus, get your feet in the dirt and sun on your skin while you’re at it.

Warm Up:

30 minute easy grappling

Work:

Find a hill (take off your shoes):

  • Sprint
  • Backpedal
  • Bear Crawl
  • Backwards Bear Crawl
