Intention:

I’m targeting mobility again, but want to make sure I’m getting some good blood flow and a decent step count regardless of how they’re accumulated.

Warm Up:

Walk x 10 min

Work:

Run x 10 min

Walk x 10 min

Support:

Cat-Cow x 20

Ankle CARs x 20 (each side)

Results:

0.97 miles (avg. 142 bpm)

Reflection:

What worked well: My pace and performance (HR) were pretty good for myself.

What didn’t work: As with yesterday, I waited way too late in the day to get after it. 40’ weather and fading daylight mean the 20 minute planned run was cut way short.

Plan for next time: I didn’t let myself off the hook though. When I got home, I kept my sweats on and rolled out a yoga.
