Energy System: Endurance (BJJ)

Difficulty: Rebound


Intention:
This was a BJJ session, but I was teaching class, so there was some movement, but not training intensity level. However, there was a lot of “big brain” time.

Work:
I’ve put together a flow chart of “everything I understand about jiu jitsu.” Humbly, I’ll say it’s not comprehensive. It is, however, the result of 2,200 (or so) hours on the mat. I’ll have a audio / video recording of myself presenting the content in the future.
