Difficulty: Rebound


Intention:

Recall, again, that “endurance” training is simply an indicator of “pace.” The volume (duration or distance) relative to one’s fitness would indicate the difficulty. As I’ve said before, when I’m teaching grappling class, I classify it as an endurance pace because it’s usually pretty casual.

From a technical perspective, we’re continuing to work on fundamental wrestling and, in addition to emphasizing head position and inside control, added snap-downs and thumb-blocks.

Work:

~0.5 hour of movement (teaching BJJ class)
