Intention:
While this was a teaching session for me, typically classified as “endurance” pace, if you’re smart about it this can scale fairly well minus the hard sparring rounds at the end.
This month / year so far I’ve been focusing on fundamental wrestling so tonight’s class was a combination of everything we’ve worked on so far (and the videos I’ve included herein).

In 5 x 1 minute segments (each person, 10 minutes / round):

Push-Pull-Fake
Double-Leg Shots

- chest-to-chest, chest-to-back, connected around one leg, connected around both legs, hands-to-floor
