Intention:

I’m a bit behind on my training logs, so I won’t have as much detailed intentionality as I normally would. I covered class for Kyle today and met our Wednesday / Thursday night curriculums in the middle, reviewing various open guard passing dilemmas.

Reminder:

Training session “difficulty” is based on my engagement. Sessions where I teach class are typically an “endurance” pace and active recovery. Though for most participants it’s anaerobic capacity and typically cultivation or development difficulty.
