Overview:

Intention:
With a rib injury limiting most of what I could do I had to roll pretty light today, but I still wanted to move around and work what I could. Interestingly, the point I got to in an instructional video was working on toe holds, which was kind of synchronous since (with my injury) I’m not able to side crunch hard to get a good break on heelhooks.
Warm Up:
- 3 x 6 minute: creativity rounds
Work:
- 4 x 6 minute: focused rounds (emphasizing leg lock entries, specifically outside heelhooks).
