Warm Up:

  • 6 x 1 minute: standing hip connection scrimmage

Work:

  • ~ 15 minutes drilling: Uchi Mata to Ankle Pick to Lateral Throw
  • ~ 15 minutes drilling: Uchi Mata to flying triangle
  • ~ 15 minute drilling: Uchi Mato to flying triangle to K-Guard attacks
  • 4 x 6 minute rounds: leg attack scrimmages (mostly from 50/50).
