Overview:
- Quarterly Goal: Compete at ADCC Open Atlanta
- Monthly Focus: Wrestling to Leg Entanglements
- Weekly Objective: Wrestling transitions to leglocks.
Intention:
Since I got an extra day of hard rounds in on Sunday, today was short and focused with a warm up and just a couple hard specific / constrained rounds. The rest of the day I spent coaching and helping people with tactics and scoring situations.
Warm Up:
- Shoulder CARs, 1 x 3
- Hip CARs, 1 x 3
- Thoracic CARs, 2 x 3
- 5 x 1 minute: hip connection drill
Work:
- ~15 minutes drilling: armbars from back control
- 3 x 2 minutes (1 minute attacking, 1 minute defending): from seated back position (no hooks for attacking person); defending person must escape, attacking person wins by getting hooks or submitting.
