Review:
- Difficulty (1-10): 6
- Performance (1-10): 7
- Mat Hours: 1
- What worked well:
- Partner feedback says my set-ups and transitions are smooth, thanks to mobility emphasis.
- We did some good creativity training at a moderate pace but with mild resistance, which helped build confidence and stitch pieces together.
- Hand and collar tie scrimmages feel strong.
- What didn’t work well:
- With a left leg lead, I was slow with my right collar tie. This is my opposite stance, so I’m trying to do everything backwards.
- Plan for next time:
- While I prefer a right leg lead, I still want my partner to collar tie on my left side to set up the right side shot. I just need to make sure that I tie up first and set the momentum.
