- What worked well:
- Overall everyone got a chance to ask a technical question and time to drill and work on that.
- Personally, I feel like my creativity and mat-vision is really good right now, thanks to some (begrudging) poppy 2000s teen movie music keeping the mood light.
- What didn’t work well:
- My cold is getting better, but still hanging on.
- Plan for next time:
- I don’t have too much weight to cut, so I’ll continue my cold medicine, still eat dinner tonight, and not eat until after weight-ins tomorrow (no creatine until after weigh-ins, try to have bowel movement before evening weigh-ins, sauna before weigh-ins to be sure.).
- Take the dogs for a long walk and do some stretching in the morning to keep my mind and body busy to manage nerves.
- Keep up the feel good music.
