  • What worked well:
  • Takedowns and leglock still feel very sharp.
  • What didn’t work well:
    • I don’t know that I can keep up with the Ollin Hyper Trophy program while still rolling several days per week. I’d have to significantly alter the load and volume and I’m not sure it would produce the desired effect / intent of the sessinos.
  • Plan for next time:
    • Work on developing training focus for next block period.
    • BJJ technical focus will be on guard passing.
