- What worked well:
- I like spending the “warm up” with some games based on the last week’s technique. Most people don’t make it to every class, and for the ones that do it’s still hard to digest and implement everything from a single class in one week.
- What didn’t work well:
- We didn’t get to the back take I’d planned from defending single leg x.
- Plan for next time:
- Focusing on off-balances from every position was a good principled reminder for bottom players.
- Continue with review and then add back take next week.
