- Teaching Class:

- Drill: Review HQ passing.
- Drill: Review SLX passing.
- Drill: Rolling back take basics, from head-to-toe position, twister-side-control, and SLX
- Scrimmage: “first to stand” from double seated, one leg in and one leg out.
Review:
- Difficulty (1-10): 5
- Performance (1-10): 7
- Mat Hours: 0.5
- What worked well:
- Continuing to review last week’s material as a “warm up” is a good idea.
- What didn’t work well:
- The last technique (rolling back take) was a little much for the novices, but allowing plenty of time for them to experiment got them to understand the general idea.
- Plan for next time:
- Continue with reviews as warm up.
- Consider reviewing other passing?
